Packable perfection. This rain coat packs into the smallest of spaces - super easy to take with you on the daily walk.
- Allows for full natural movement - we worked closely with a dog agility trainer to ensure that the Scribbler Pets fit won't restrict your pooch from doing what it loves best!
- Waterproof to 10 000mm (high), critically seam sealed (no water can seep through the seams) and treated with DWR (Durable Water Repellent) means your dogo won't get wet in a downpour with water beading off them like a duck's back (don't read that too loud!).
- Adjustable fit around your pup's mid section as well as an adjustable belly panel for male dogs (so that they don't accidentally 'wet' their gorgeous Scribbler coat!)
- Breathable to let water vapour escape while your pup is jumping, pouncing, racing or spinning!

Printed layer of fabric is made from recycled plastic - this is feel good fashion all the way.
- Fully lined in a soft black polyester which is moisture wicking and quiet.
- Reflective elements on neck and back so that you and others can see your pooch in low light.
- Saddle pocket for holding extra poop bags or keys.

An item is sold out - will you bring out any more like this?
We don't reprint any of our fabrics/styles in order to keep them unique and special. This way, you and your friends won't have the exact same coat! :)
Why are so many items sold out?
We are a small business and don't work in the same way as larger brands and companies. We take our time developing new styles and like to ensure everything is 'just so' before pressing 'play' on any production. We don't follow trends and try to create items that are timeless, beautiful and functional. We also don't do large production runs to ensure items are kept special and unique. You might need to wait a little longer for our new ranges, but we believe it is worth it!
Where can I try on your products?
We don't have our own stores, but we have some amazing stockists around New Zealand that have selected Scribbler products in stock. Take a look at this page to see if there is a store near you.
I have bought the wrong size - can I exchange for a different size?
If it's been less than 30 days, you haven't worn the item (it is in new, unworn condition) and it has all its original swing tags attached we will gladly do a size exchange (stock permitting). Can I see prices in my local currency?
You can see prices in AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP and USD by following these instructions:

What is the best way to care for my Scribbler product?

Are the colours and print placements on screen the same as in person?
We try our very best to colour match how garments are shown on our website, however, we cannot guarantee that they are a perfect match. Not all monitors show colours in the same way.
Many of our styles have repeat patterns all over. We cannot guarantee that these will always look exactly the same as in website photography. The placement of fabric for cutting will vary, making each item unique.
Do you sell gift vouchers?

Can I send an item as a gift?
You sure can! Just ensure you enter the recipients address as the shipping address and your address as the billing address. Ask us about gift wrapping - kiaora@scribblergear.com
Can Scribbler cancel an order I've made?
This is quite a rare occurrence, but it does happen from time to time when many people order the same item at the same time. Our system can over sell in error. You will usually receive an email from us letting you know, and offering you the option to exchange for another item or have a full refund.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (in new condition - no hair/dirt) and in the same condition that you received it. It must have all original swing tags attached.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Pre-orders are not considered to be sale items.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please log your exchange here: https://scribblergear.com/a/return
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Generally quick with comms and dispatching of orders very promptly. However a couple of my messages remain unanswered. Love the Peony coat on my girl and happy with my matching puffer jacket. The only negatives is getting used the reverse zip and I feel the width of the jacket over hips is quite wide ( I was expecting it to be more fitted or the option to pull in at hips) The smaller size would have been too small across chest. Both products beautifully made and love the bright prints. Today alone have had two positive comments about both of us matching.
